• Are the OUIBUS arrival times guaranteed?

    Your OUIBUS coach travels the same routes as other road users. It is therefore subject to the same traffic conditions. However, the OUIBUS timetable has been drawn up to avoid as much traffic congestion as possible. Our information system, big screens in the stations and our internet site issue regular information about the arrival time of your OUIBUS coach so that you, your friends and your family can make the necessary arrangements. OUIBUS uses cutting-edge technology and works day and night to keep you informed to ensure that you can travel with total peace of mind.

  • Can I board/disembark at a different station from the one indicated on my OUIBUS ticket?

    OUIBUS applies different rates to each destination. You must therefore imperatively get on and off your OUIBUS at the stations indicated in your travel information.

  • Can I make a booking for more than 9 people with OUIBUS?

    Each booking can be placed for a maximum of 9 people. For larger groups, you can benefit from a special rate on all routes in France and Europe with the Group rate.

  • Does OUIBUS have a loyalty programme?

    OUIBUS does not currently have a loyalty programme. SNCF loyalty programs and cards cannot be used for OUIBUS tickets. Sign up for our newsletter and find out the latest on OUIBUS.

  • How do I go about choosing my seat in my OUIBUS coach?

    OUIBUS assigns you a seat when you reserve your trip. On certain lines, you may choose your seat among those that are still available:

    • on OUIBUS.com, when booking;
    • via Customer Services, Monday to Saturday from 07.30 am to 07.00 pm on 0844 369 0 379 (£0,05/min. plus network extras)

    Changing your seat on the OUIBUS coach is really easy:

    • Go to "My bookings" and enter your booking reference and the email address that you used to reserve the trip with OUIBUS.
    • Select "Change seat" in the left-hand column.
    • Select the desired seat from those available.
    • Confirm your selection.
  • How do we cross the English Channel?

    Most of our buses board trains to cross the English Channel via the Channel Tunnel. Part of the OUIBUS fleet goes by Ferries.

    The total travel time also includes a check at border control and a mandatory break. Learn more about border formalities.

    Would you like to know in advance whether your bus will be taking the Channel Tunnel or a ferry? Feel free to inquire by email or telephone, and we will provide this information if it is available.

  • What methods of payment are accepted on the OUIBUS website?

    The OUIBUS.com website accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue and MasterCard, as well as vouchers obtained when modifying a reservation. You may also use iDEAL, Maestro or Bancontact/Mister Cash to pay for your online reservation from a desktop computer. However, these payment methods are not yet available on the mobile website or tablet devices.

    It is currently not possible to pay for your trip with Paypal or other online payment methods. However, OUIBUS will soon start offering these facilities. Sign up for our newsletter and find out the latest on OUIBUS.

  • Where are the OUIBUS coach stations located?

    All the OUIBUS coach stations are located close to city centres and are easily accessible by public transport.

  • Which travel documents do I need?

    To find out which documents you need for crossing the border, please consult the website of the EU. Passengers travelling within the Schengen zone are not usually required to disembark the OUIBUS coach for an identity check at the border. Border police on both sides carry out standard passenger checks when crossing the border to England. Therefore, you will have to get off the bus therefore before crossing the Channel. The procedure only takes a few minutes.
