    Please contact Customer Services 48 hours before your OUIBUS coach leaves to organise special assistance at the coach station and for boarding your OUIBUS coach before other passengers. Please note that OUIBUS stewards do not provide medical assistance. You must be autonomous during your journey.

  • How long before the departure time should I arrive at the coach station in order to obtain assistance?

    Please contact Customer Services 48 hours before the departure in order to arrange a rendezvous (at least 1 hour before your OUIBUS coach leaves) with one of our advisors. To ensure your comfort, we will offer you priority boarding on your OUIBUS coach.

  • I am travelling with a guide dog. What formalities are involved?

    Please contact Customer Services 48 hours before your OUIBUS coach leaves to organise special assistance at the coach station. Your guide dog is accepted on board OUIBUS coaches, but must travel under your legs. It may not stay in the central aisle for safety reasons.

  • What services are available for passengers in a wheelchair?

    All OUIBUS coaches are designed to accommodate passengers in a wheelchair. If you or if someone you are travelling with is in a wheelchair, make sure that you mention this when you reserve your trip (on OUIBUS.com, with our Customer Service or at the ticket counter).   • Which services are available in the coach stations for passengers in a wheelchair and passengers with limited mobility?

    Certain buses are equipped with a space reserved for wheelchair passengers and all buses are accessible to passengers with reduced mobility. When booking your journey (on idbus.com via Customer Service or at a ticket counter), please be sure to mention that you are or will be accompanying a wheelchair passenger to confirm availability for the route desired.
