  • Can I pay safely on OUIBUS?

  • Do I need to print something before climbing aboard my OUIBUS?

    With OUIBUS, no need to print your travel information: simply present a valid form of identification when you meet your bus at the departure platform.

  • Does OUIBUS have a loyalty programme?

  • Does OUIBUS offer group rates?

    Why not travel in a group?

    In a group of ten or more, with friends, as a family, for business or pleasure, you can receive a discount on all of our routes in France and Europe.

  • Does OUIBUS offer special rates for children?

    Babies under the age of 24 months the day of their departure may travel half-price. Each baby is required to be accompanied by at least one adult. Remember to carry a form of identification for each child, since this will systematically be requested at boarding. The form of identification must also be shown at each border check on your itinerary.

  • How can I check when bookings are open and how can I find out about promotional rates?

  • How can I find out which seat I will be assigned when I reserve?

    As soon as your booking has been confirmed, you will receive your seat number on the OUIBUS coach. You can select and/or change your seat on the following lines:

    • Paris - London
    • Paris - Brussels
    • Paris - Amsterdam
    • London - Amsterdam
    • Paris - Milan
    • Marseille - Milan
    • Lyon - Barcelona
    • Toulouse - Barcelona, subject to availability of seats:  

    - on OUIBUS.com, when booking;
    - in "My bookings";
    - by contacting Customer Services, from Monday to Saturday from 07.30 am to 07.00 pm on 0844 369 0 379 (£0,05/min. plus network extras).

  • How can I obtain an invoice for my purchases on OUIBUS.com?

    The travel information that you receive by email serves as an invoice. For further information:

  • How can I print my OUIBUS ticket?

    If you want to print your ticket, go to "My bookings" and enter the details of your journey:

    • either the booking reference together with the e-mail address provided when the booking;
    • or the booking reference with the first name and surname of the passenger.

    Once identified, click “Print”. A PDF file will be generated for each ticket. This may take up to 2 minutes. Print each ticket on A4 paper by clicking “Print”.

  • How can I use my voucher?

    You may use your voucher to make a reservation or purchase OUIBUS services:

    • on OUIBUS.com;
    • via Customer Services (after providing your voucher reference number).

    Vouchers are valid for 1 purchase. We recommend that you reserve or purchase services for the same amount as, or a higher amount than, the value of your voucher.

    Keep in mind:

    • Vouchers cannot be used to pay modification or reservation processing fees.
    • If you have used a voucher and the payment for the amount due has failed, your voucher is considered void. You should contact our Customer Services in order to obtain a new voucher.

  • How do I go about choosing my seat in my OUIBUS coach?

    OUIBUS assigns you a seat when you reserve your trip. On certain lines, you may choose your seat among those that are still available:

    • on OUIBUS.com, when booking;
    • via Customer Services, Monday to Saturday from 07.30 am to 07.00 pm on 0844 369 0 379 (£0,05/min. plus network extras)

    Changing your seat on the OUIBUS coach is really easy:

    • Go to "My bookings" and enter your booking reference and the email address that you used to reserve the trip with OUIBUS.
    • Select "Change seat" in the left-hand column.
    • Select the desired seat from those available.
    • Confirm your selection.
  • How does the 3D Secure system secure payments?

    When you make a payment using a debit card, Visa, or Mastercard, you are redirected to your bank's website. Your bank verifies your identity using a security check. Each bank has its own verification method, prompting you to enter your birth date, a code that you will have received by SMS, the answer to a personal question, or other additional information.

    This is your bank's way of making sure that your payment is being made by you, the cardholder.

    A bank will not request this confidential information by telephone. If you receive such a request, do not provide any information.

  • How does the 3D Secure system work?

    You may go about your purchase as usual: select your destination and the dates for the outward and return trips. Select the tickets and services of your choice.
    When you pay by card, simply provide the information requested. You will be redirected to your bank's website.
    If your bank's security check involves sending you a code by SMS, make sure that your mobile is switched on and that it is receiving a network signal. If you are abroad, make sure that you can receive an SMS from your home country.

    I have been asked to provide my confidential information by telephone. What should I do?

    Do not provide this information under any circumstances. No bank or legitimate person will request the information on your identification by telephone or email.

    How many payment attempts am I allowed to make?

    You have a maximum of three attempts to enter your information when you make a payment. Your card will be blocked as a security measure if you fail at all three attempts. In this case, please contact your bank.

  • How long is my voucher valid?

    Your voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • How to reserve on OUIBUS.com?

    Making a reservation on OUIBUS.com is simple and secure:
    1) Select the line of your choice on our booking form or the map of the OUIBUS lines, then read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.
    2) Mention all the required information for each of the passengers and the contact information of the person who will be paying for the reservation.
    3) Make your payment on our secure website. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue and MasterCard, as well as OUIBUS vouchers. You may also use iDEAL, Maestro or Bancontact/Mister Cashpay to pay for your online reservation from a desktop computer. However, these payment methods are not yet available on the mobile website or tablet devices.
    4) Your reservation is confirmed. OUIBUS will send you a purchase confirmation email with your travel information.
    5) No need to print your travel information: simply present a valid form of identification when you meet your bus at the departure platform.

  • How to reserve with OUIBUS?

    You can book your journey:

  • I have lost my booking confirmation e-mail / my booking reference. What should I do?

    You can obtain your booking confirmation e-mail at any time. Just go to "My bookings" and enter the following information:

    • your surname and first name;
    • your departure and arrival coach stations;
    • the departure date of your OUIBUS coach.

    Now simply send your request. You will receive your new booking confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes.

    If the cities do not appear in the drop-down menu please use Mozilla Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9.

  • I have lost my booking reference. What should I do?

    If you have kept your booking confirmation e-mail, you will find your booking reference in the blue box marked "Booking reference".

    You can obtain your booking confirmation e-mail at any time. Just go to "My bookings" and enter the following information:

    • your surname and first name;
    • your departure and arrival coach stations;
    • the departure date of your OUIBUS coach.

    Now just send your request. You will receive your new booking confirmation e-mail after a couple of minutes.

  • I have lost my voucher. Can I obtain a duplicate?

    Yes. To obtain a new voucher, please contact Customer Services:

    • by phone, from Monday to Saturday from 07.30 am to 07.00 pm on 0844 369 0 379 (£0,05/min. plus network extras)
    • by filling in the contact form on OUIBUS.com.
  • May I present my OUIBUS travel information using my smartphone?

    Except for a valid form of identification, no other document needs to be shown to the captain when you embark.

  • My bank account has been debited several times for the same purchase following an OUIBUS reservation. What should I do?

    Please contact Customer Services:

    • by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 07.30 am to 07.00 pm on 0844 369 0 379 (£0,05/min. plus network extras).

  • What is the 3D Secure system?

    3D Secure is an authentication system that reinforces online payment security. It is also known as 3DS, Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. This system protects you from the fraudulent use of your payment card. OUIBUS uses it to help protect you from fraud.

  • What methods of payment are accepted on the OUIBUS website?

    The OUIBUS.com website accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue and MasterCard, as well as vouchers obtained when modifying a reservation. You may also use iDEAL, Maestro or Bancontact/Mister Cash to pay for your online reservation from a desktop computer. However, these payment methods are not yet available on the mobile website or tablet devices.

    It is currently not possible to pay for your trip with Paypal or other online payment methods. However, OUIBUS will soon start offering these facilities. Sign up for our newsletter and find out the latest on OUIBUS.

  • When will I obtain a voucher?

    OUIBUS will offer you a voucher in the following situations:

    • You are changing the itinerary of your reservation and the amount of your new reservation is lower than that of your original reservation.
    • When Your OUIBUS has been cancelled or has a late departure or arrival. To find out more about the OUIBUS compensation policy, please consult the OUIBUS General Terms and Conditions.
  • When will I receive my booking confirmation?

    The waiting period between an OUIBUS reservation and your reception of confirmation by email is three minutes on average. Depending on your e-mail system, it may take a few more minutes before you receive the confirmation e-mail from OUIBUS.

  • When will my account be debited for the sums due to OUIBUS?

    After making your booking or purchasing any services on OUIBUS.com, your account will be debited within 48 hours on average. If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited on the date agreed with your bank.

  • Where can I find my OUIBUS booking reference?

    You will find your reservation number in the travel information that OUIBUS sent to your email address after the reservation. The 6-digit code can be found in the blue box marked “Booking reference”.

  • Why has my payment been refused?

    If your payment by bank card was refused when making your OUIBUS booking, there could be several reasons:

    • Booking limit: You have reached the OUIBUS limit of 3 orders per day and per bank card. Please book again using another card or on another day.
    • Debit limit: You have exceeded your online payment limit. Please contact your bank to check the status of your account.
    • Mistaken entry: Check your card number as well as the expiry date and the security code and try again.
    • Type of card: The card you have chosen to pay for your purchase is not accepted by OUIBUS. OUIBUS accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue and MasterCard, as well as OUIBUS vouchers. You may also use iDEAL, Maestro or Bancontact/Mister Cashpay to pay for your online reservation from a desktop computer. However, these payment methods are not yet available on the mobile website or tablet devices.

    If you have used a voucher and the payment of the outstanding amount fails, your voucher is considered void. Please contact Customer Services to obtain a new voucher:

  • Why have I not yet received my booking confirmation e-mail?

    The waiting period between an OUIBUS reservation and your reception of confirmation by email is three minutes on average. If you haven’t received your confirmation e-mail after this time, there may be several reasons:

    • Some e-mail systems take several minutes to transfer e-mails.
    • Your confirmation e-mail was classified as spam by your e-mail system. Consult your spam folder and unwanted e-mail for the OUIBUS e-mail.
    • You entered an invalid e-mail address.

    On request, you can obtain a new booking confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.
