E-ticket

You won’t need a password to board, just your passport/form of ID and ticket.

When making your booking, you’ll have the option to register and print your ticket (PDF document), which contains all the information you need for your journey. Our Ouibus captain will ask for this information when you board.

Printing out a paper copy isn't essential though - you can present your ticket on any electronic device.

Journeys in Europe
If you’re French or European (Schengen Area): a valid passport or identity card.

If you’re not European (outside the Schengen Area): a valid passport and a visa, where applicable

Journeys from or to the United Kingdom :
The United Kingdom is not part of the Schengen Zone. All passengers travelling to or from the United Kingdom with Ouibus will have their passports checked at border controls as a matter of course. All travellers who are citizens of the European Economic Area or Switzerland (including children) must have their own valid passport or national identity card.

Luggages

Hand luggage
Items of hand luggage containing your personal belongings can be stowed in the racks above your seat or underneath your seat.

Hold luggage
Any luggage stowed in the hold (excluding pushchairs) must meet the following requirements:

  • Dimensions: the sum of the height, width and depth of your item of luggage cannot be greater than 200cm. L + W + D ≤ 200cm.
  • Weight: max. 20kg. We know it looks like your maths homework, but it’s not that complicated!

Collapsible pushchairs are stowed in the hold free of charge and do not count as luggage items. All luggage must be labelled with the name, telephone number and address of the passenger in question. We also recommend including your email address.

Children and minors

For journeys in France
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Minors aged 12 to 16 may travel alone if they bring an authorisation to travel signed by their legal representative and also an identity document.

For journeys outside France
On international routes, minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age who is in charge or in surveillance.

Children under two
Infants aged between 0 and 24 months on the day of departure travel for half price. Please remember to bring your child’s passport/form of ID.

Persons with limited mobility

Are you travelling in a wheelchair or accompanying a person with reduced mobility? We do everything to guarantee that your journey is a success from the moment you reserve your ticket, in your Ouibus coach station and inside your coach.

Reservations
If you or someone you are travelling with is mobility-impaired, make sure that you mention this when you reserve your trip.

Contact our Passenger Services department at the following number 09 69 32 33 48 (Not surcharged call) less than 36 hours before your trip to make an appointment on the day you travel. An Ouibus steward and captain will welcome you and look after you before the other passengers.
